一踏入這處頂層豪宅，便被入門玄關的高樓底設計所震撼。雲石與木屏風的巧妙結合，運用大花白雲石作為點綴，營造出宛如四合院庭園的典雅氛圍，
給人以寧靜而高貴的第一印象。

大廳設計更是亮點十足，牆身選用木系花線，與落地大玻璃窗相得益彰。

特別值得一提的是位於飯廳梳化背後的那組超高飾物櫃，成為全屋的視覺焦點。櫃中展示着戶主珍貴的收藏品，而中間木屏風的訂製手繪牆紙則增添了獨特藝術氣息，展現個人品味與文化內涵。
 

飯廳設計同樣令人驚艷，弧形元素的運用賦予空間柔和的現代感。牆身暗藏的玻璃酒櫃巧妙整合儲物與裝飾功能，展現出低調的奢華。

天花採用弧形燈槽設計，選用金屬油漆作為物料，反射出柔和的光澤，進一步提升了空間的質感與層次感。

這種設計不僅體現了中國傳統家庭融合的理念，也為年輕一代提供了舒適的社交區域，實現了多代共融的理想居所。

Modern New Chinese Design Style

Our meticulously crafted penthouse interior design and renovation project! Located in Shenzhen, this luxurious residence adopts a modern New Chinese design style, perfectly embodying a harmonious blend of tradition and modernity.

Our company managed the entire design and construction process, ensuring every detail was refined to meet the needs of a multi-generational family while providing a dedicated gathering space for younger members.

Upon entering this penthouse, one is immediately struck by the high-ceiling design of the entryway. The clever combination of marble and wooden screens, accented with large-patterned white marble, creates an elegant ambiance reminiscent of a traditional Chinese courtyard, evoking a serene yet noble first impression.

The living room design is a highlight, with wood-grained wall moldings complementing expansive floor-to-ceiling glass windows.
A standout feature is the towering display cabinet behind the dining room sofa, serving as the visual centerpiece of the home. This cabinet showcases the owner’s cherished collectibles, while a custom hand-painted wallpaper on the central wooden screen adds a unique artistic flair, reflecting personal taste and cultural depth.

The dining room design is equally stunning, with curved elements lending a soft, modern touch. A concealed glass wine cabinet seamlessly integrates storage and decorative functions, exuding understated luxury.
The ceiling features a curved recessed lighting design, using metallic paint to reflect a soft sheen, further enhancing the space’s texture and layered sophistication.

This design not only reflects the concept of traditional Chinese family unity but also provides a comfortable social area for the younger generation, creating an ideal home for multi-generational living.
