設計以外，我們亦十分重視裝修物料的選擇。單位用上德國木地板及戶外夾板。飯廳的高櫃用上“Tabu”併花木皮，木皮面塗有抗UV漆，在長期接觸陽光後也能保持其原本顏色。木皮的特別紋理亦將飯廳高櫃造成特色牆的效果。經改造的戶外花園，有燒烤區及用上透光石的酒吧臺，媲美酒店的空中酒廊，迎合戶主招待客人的需要。

The penthouse project features a modern European design style, incorporating design elements from our previous hotel and retail projects, blending art and functionality seamlessly.

Beyond design, we place great emphasis on the selection of renovation materials. The unit features German wooden flooring and outdoor plywood. The dining room’s tall cabinet is crafted with “Tabu” marquetry veneer, coated with UV-resistant lacquer to maintain its original color even under prolonged sunlight exposure. The unique texture of the veneer also creates a feature wall effect for the dining room cabinet. The transformed outdoor garden includes a barbecue area and a bar counter made of translucent stone, rivaling a hotel’s sky lounge, perfectly catering to the homeowner’s needs for entertaining guests.
