本案專為三人家庭打造，以開放式格局為核心，強化整體視覺連貫性與通透感。開放式的餐廚與客廳相連，戶主在烹飪時仍可與親友暢談無阻。

客廳以溫潤木質為主調，搭配天然雲石材點綴，在柔和基調中勾勒出現代輕奢的品味。電視主牆選用對花拼貼的雲石材質，展現低調而精緻的質感層次。地面則鋪設人字拼木地板，不僅腳感舒適，更透過木質與石材的配搭，帶出獨有的氛圍。

原本的一間客房被重新規劃，一部分作為工人房滿足實際居住需求，另一部分則以玻璃隔間打造成多功能室。透明隔間引入自然光，延伸了客廳的視野與空間感，既可作為閱讀、休閒區，也可隨時成為臨時客臥或遊戲區，兼顧實用性與空間的流動感。

整體設計透過材質細節、開放式佈局和光線引導，在有限面積中塑造出開闊且功能完備的居住環境，既滿足家庭日常，亦完美承載了待客與生活的多樣場景。

This project is tailored for a family of three, with an open-plan layout at its core to enhance visual continuity and a sense of spaciousness. The open kitchen and dining area seamlessly connect with the living room, allowing the homeowners to engage in conversation with family or friends while cooking without interruption.

The living room adopts warm wood tones as the primary palette, accented with natural marble, creating a modern, understated luxury aesthetic. The main TV wall features intricately patterned marble, showcasing a refined and subtle texture. The floor is laid with herringbone-patterned wood, offering both comfort underfoot and a unique ambiance through the combination of wood and stone.

An original guest room was reconfigured, with part of it transformed into a helper’s room to meet practical living needs, and the other part designed as a multifunctional room with glass partitions. The transparent partitions bring in natural light, extending the visual and spatial openness of the living room. This versatile space can serve as a reading or leisure area, a temporary guest bedroom, or a playroom, balancing practicality with spatial fluidity.

Through meticulous material details, an open layout, and strategic light integration, the design maximizes limited space to create a spacious and fully functional living environment, meeting both the family’s daily needs and the diverse scenarios of hosting and everyday living.
